酒店不错 可是艺龙的系统有问题。办理入住时前台说系统中未查到我的信息，可是艺龙app中明明已经显示预定成功了。而且最搞笑的是我退房后，又收到艺龙发来的一条短信：【[艺龙]北京京海大厦反馈9月24日您未入住,如未住,请回复"WZ29",如入住, 请短信回复"RZ29+入住人姓名及房号",或登录手机客户端或 eLong.com反馈.】
这就尴尬了，到底是前台没查正确..还是艺龙系统有问题呢？
