公务出差，在北京可以算是性价比很高的一个住处了。可能是部队资产，安全安静，不提供增票。

不愧是人大代表住宿的宾馆，位置好，服务好，价格也不错~
因为附近都是部队大院，平日开会多，因此工作日是正价，周末房费反而有特价。
房间收拾很及时，每天赠送两瓶水。有的房间赠送北京晚报。
雨伞超大超稳，就是要付100元押金。
要送人东西，前台免费送了京海logo的袋子。
前台可以代收快递。
楼下饭店比宾馆档次更高。
发票是部队发票。

房间虽小，五脏俱全，卫生间在门外，一般是两间小单间共用的，但是前台说一般只安排一间入住客人，除非是安排不开了才有第二间的客人，卫生收拾得不错，整体满意

房间环境不错，面积不小，服务不错，价格是平时正价周末特惠便宜100多元，发票是军队发票，经常承办会议，房间剩下不多
