在艺龙上订的标准间，去店里告诉我给我升级成大床房，我说不可能，要是大床就没必要来你家了，那个前台才扭扭捏捏的犹犹豫豫的给我们标间，我说你这不是有标间吗？不给我们，她语气很硬的说这不把别人的退了给你找呢吗？语气硬****啊，一开始我们就订的标间，你们不应该找吗？没有就别***就房间显示预定成功！酒店设施陈旧，能将就的可以住，服务态度贼牛*。没事培训培训你们那几个前台服务的
