近几年来北京都会选择，可以延迟到14点退房，酒店房间很舒服，这次带孩子来玩，特别表扬前台小姐姐宁文倩，帮我安排了满意的房间，解决了我的问题，服务很周到热情，笑容很有感染力。总之非常满意

一次愉快的入住体验，从遇到一位用心的服务人员开始。这次入住前遇到了一点预订上的小状况，郗洋洋经理非常专业、耐心且高效地帮我协调处理好了，问题迅速得到解决，让我感到非常安心。郗经理服务态度真诚细致，沟通顺畅，真正做到了站在客人角度考虑问题。这次出差对贵酒店的服务印象非常好，下次来北京还会选择这里。

每次回国都会在附近住，不愿意回家收拾，因为也在老家呆不了几天又走了，北京很无聊，紫竹桥附近不是这家就是香格里拉，离我们原来的居所豪柏国际都很近，很方便，逆行去范家食堂吃饭骑车很舒服。
