酒店有些年头了，不过倒不会显得很老旧。房间面积很大，而且隔音效果很好，紧邻西三环也不会感到吵，硬件保持得还可以，不过软性体验可以再优化一下：烧水壶里一层厚厚的粉末，一擦全糊手上了，让服务员给换一个干净的，结果也是把这个拿回去清洁一下又送回来了；网络有问题，技术人员能力不行还赖我电脑，大半夜折腾了很久也没搞定，还不知道问题出哪儿了，后来自己试了下，应该是墙上的网络插口接触不良。其实酒店有加密的无线网络可用的，也不知道让我连，后来还是自己发现的，后面几天就着这个网络勉强度日了。每天晚上会送小面包和牛奶，还挺不错的，早知道就不用另外加钱定早餐了，不过早餐还是蛮丰富的。前台略冷漠，可以稍微热情一点。还有一个不知道是睡谁的问题，我明明在艺龙付了担保金，酒店却说我没有担保，我在飞机上的时候差点订单就被取消了，想想晚上在北京零下五六度的街头流浪就不寒而栗！对BOOKIMG差评，只会踢皮球和机器人客服，服务太差劲了，一点也不负责任！
