之前在平台定了两晚酒店，分别有两天返现，每天各80。两晚的价格返现后平均不到600。但是由于前台的操作问题当天只给我刷了一晚的房间，一上楼就给我们打电话，说漏刷一晚，第二天中午去补刷。第二天中午补刷的时候，前台说是否用刷预售的卡直接结了第一晚房费，我说可以。但是艺龙这边的账户同时显示我离店了，返现80。第三天中午最后退房，告诉我第二晚的没有返现了？？！什么鬼，你们操作问题只给我刷了一晚，我这边却要承担80的费用？凭什么呀！这是酒店和艺龙的问题，希望得到一个答复。这两天的入住期间经历了一次断电多次断网，网络经常不稳定，这就是4星的标准？？大跌眼镜，差评

酒店位置不错，就在西三环边上，离着紫竹园很近。后身就是首都师范大学。离地铁六号线不远，交通便利！有地下车库，但车位并不多。酒店是老酒店，部分楼层有新装修。一楼大堂和餐饮，二楼也是餐饮。一进大堂就有一顿浓浓的饭菜味道！店员的服务还是不错的，很细心和耐心。就是房间的隔音不好，夜里隔壁房间的说话声音听的一清二楚的，睡觉轻的游客不太适合！每个房型都会有些差别。选的时候一定要看下房间在入住。
