酒店设施比较老久了，房间内的硬件设施跟不上，定的行政房，房间还是蛮大的，服务一般！近店的时候没有服务生帮忙拿箱子，也没有大堂经理引导，住了三天，离店的时候倒是有服务生帮忙拿箱子！酒店楼下有个to go租车的地方，我们这几天出行都靠这车了

现在服务实在是太差劲，之前住还没有这种感受。门口停车位等人两分钟，保安让从门口绕圈。门口侧面本应是临时停车的地方，被酒店租给停车公司，这么大的连锁实在是让人质疑因为这点收入而计较。门口礼宾部完全不管停车场和客人之间的纠纷。酒店正门收费和地下完全不一个标准，整差一倍。礼宾部领取停车卷还要看房间标准，真是处处计较。以后再也不会住万豪了。艺龙的房价是不包含这些介绍的，实在是太差！

艺龙：入住时房卡并不是在前台办理而是被人提前用其他人名字办了入住，预订的订单被其他人提前入住了2天。酒店告知这是违法的倒卖房源。返现在网页也不翼而飞。不依法 不诚信，从此以后，不会再使用
