前台发错房卡，行李员送错房不吱声，接线员听说要投诉直接挂电话，再也不理你。结果把我一个大男子送到二个女子的房间，还拒不道歉。房间卫生间冰箱门都是坏的，也不修只只装个样子虚摆在那，客人一碰就掉下来。恶劣极了。
