我认为，它家服务充分体现了人性化，晚上11点多打碎了个咖啡盘，询问赔偿，服务第一句话问的是：您没受伤吧？并马上让服务员来打扫，全程一直没提赔偿的事，在我办理退房时还是道歉问了赔偿，人要必须有责任心和道德意识。我住的是它家标准含早，1米40的双床以本人的经验认为，在北京的酒店是不多的。酒店全程迷之香味弥漫，很舒适。门口有帮拿行李的小哥，很热情。到店要交1000押金，只能刷信用卡，我即不带现钱，又不用信用卡，不过幸好提前有准备，不然就尴尬了，哈哈。19楼有位住客提供的免费泳池，瑜伽室，健身房，桑拿室，小按摩池。泳池要穿泳衣带泳帽才能进，spa是收费项目，入住会给个面额抵用卡，不过没来得及去。离宣武门地铁站只有几百米，出行便利，下次约好带朋友来住。

需要酒店快递发票，居然让我支付快递费用！1000多一晚的酒店，会有这样的事，也是醉了！前台办理入住太慢，管理混乱，站了5个人迎宾，大家都是浑浑噩噩的，太差了！
