服务一般，客人1128房间，退房时身份证和房卡放一起，交前台退房，服务员没有提示，到了北京南站又回去拿，高铁耽误了，不像首都国际大酒店的服务质量

入住时人不多但是慢。结账时候要小心查看金额，是否和预订的符合，我要是没仔细看，就被多收了，尽管前台小哥一劲儿道歉。其他的都很好。
