入住体验非常差，入住当天和前台沟通良久，建议我不要住10，11，12，因为视线不好，对的是工地，建议入住的904，窗景居然是层层高楼和设备平台，一点绿色都没有。另外，我让前台如果有12楼要优先给我，谁料她转头就给了下一位客人，还告诉我下一个12楼要7:30才能入住，等我进入904，发现窗外如此那般，立刻投诉，等待了1小时，大约4:30，把我安排到了13楼，说好的要7:30才有房呢？是不是只有投诉了才能安排房间？离开酒店时，又因前台失误，出现支付问题，多次要求他们报上级处理，不仅不处理，还警告威胁。这是5星级酒店吗？

早起拉窗帘看到袜子两只，移动沙发见奶茶杯盖一个。通知酒店方，要求换房，退当晚房费。经过一上午等待，得到答复，房间肯定是清理过，可以换房，房费打8折。
