房间宽敞明亮，地理位置方便，泳池特别好，有透明穹顶，可以享受日光浴。入住时候出了点小问题，但是Kerry帮忙处理的特别好，有感觉到被关照，加分项。下次还来

超级满意的一次入住，前台Nicole特意介绍酒店的所有设施和服务，我特意对房间有一点要求，她还是满足。入住后就离开逛街去啦，回房间后，房间被整理的特别温馨。万豪的服务一如既往的值得信赖

酒店的地理位置优越，服务态度很好，服务质量也不错，交通便利，大堂宽敞明亮，特别是2025年10月18号晚上大堂值班刘经理，耐心细致的服务特别让我感动，总之我很满意，下次一定还来这家酒店，谢谢，辛苦了。

这次来北京在丽晶和万豪之间，选了万豪。事实证明没有选错，地理位置优越，服务态度特别好。这次出行我是带着长者孩子的，非常Doris，全程服务我们，帮忙解决各种问题，还送了欢迎水果。在万豪吃得也不错！

入住体验 非常好 值得推荐 服务意识很棒 印象深刻前台叫casper的小伙子 看手头很多工作 还主动叫我去那边 帮我办理退房 提醒我疫情做好防护 很暖心 客气的把我送出门外 感受非常不一样 。 小伙子很棒。
