服务和卫生都还不错的，酒店运营久了房价比较小，部分楼层在装修有点点声音，都算正常。性价比怎么都比某些新品牌服务很差的好一些。

比较糟糕的入住体验，酒店在装修，从早七点半到晚七点半都嘈杂无比，打电话投诉换房间被告知只有行政间声音小但要补差价，说不补差价就忍忍吧。。。没法给住客好的入住体验就装修好再开业嘛，或者也要帮住客免费换房，别把凯宾斯基的品牌糟蹋了。酒店设施也旧了，没比招待所强多少
