这次入住很不愉快，前台一个戴眼镜的男生（8月5日晚上8点当班的一位），服务态度较差，我带孩子一起住，忘带孩子的证件了，但我预订的是含双早，两晚的房费已经付过，他不是帮助客人如何解决问题，而是故意刁难，又让我看条款，又教育我学法懂规矩，又叫我去派出所办手续，就只给我一份早餐，一点通融的余地都没有。这次的感受是我十几年都没有遇到过的！也可能人家今天情绪不好吧，但我选择的是凯宾斯基，不是你戴眼镜的那个小伙子，如果你的这种态度也能招来客人，你做梦吧！也希望在这里工作每个人，不要给这么好的酒店脸上抹黑！
