一进酒店有店失望，大堂里乱哄哄的，我是一人入住，在网上要的大床房五天的，前台说没有大床房了，明天也没有，只好想今天不折腾先入住，明天在换酒店……
入住后又发现客房里有两个写字台却没有一张椅子，设施也旧（根本不是网上写的16年装修），感觉太不好……
这时来了12楼的服务员赵明叶，她忒好，向我解释一番，又去找了一张椅子给我，给我送来水和水果，尽量弥补不足，这让我感觉好了很多，我也就安心的住下了，到今天已住了四天，大概会住满五天了！
多谢楼层服务员，是她弥补了一些酒店的不足和缺失，这样的酒店让她们挺辛苦的！
