标榜的五星级酒店名不副实！自助早餐品种少，又难吃！酒店房间里的洗漱沐浴用品还有卷纸巾low爆了！退房时前台结账实在是慢的吐血！个人认为这样的酒店还要1400多一天简直抢劫！

商务出行，住过的五星级酒店不下100家，昆泰是本人见过最无语的，硬件设施其实还可以，但服务实在太差，简直连快捷酒店都不如，服务人员很势利，根本不知道为客户考虑，更别提服务！
