很垃圾，我是在12月10号晚上十一点50定的，系统默认为了10号，十分钟后发现订错了之后就立刻致电艺龙客服，并被告知会解决，但是等到第二天的回复却让人心寒，不能延住不能返现！难道就没有定错的时候？这种问题就没人解决？好家伙，订错了就直接把我们这样的用户宰了，用他们的话就是活该订错了，谁让你订错了呢。这种店大欺客的方式真是不错！ 昆泰酒店也就这样了！ 所以大家一定不要定错时间，想想都特别好笑，工作人员态度差，处理问题进度慢，我能在晚上11点50定一个当天的房，也就他们觉得我没定错！昆泰酒店，这事没完。
