这次入住体验远超预期！从到店开始，前台Anne小郝热情又高效，很快就办好了入住，还主动告知周边用餐和交通攻略。房间特别干净，完全没有噪音干扰。卫生间干湿分离做得好，洗漱用品齐全，热水也很稳定。第二天早上的早餐种类丰富，中西式都有，食材新鲜，味道也很赞。退房时Anne还贴心询问入住体验，服务细节满分。酒店位置也很方便，步行就能到地铁站，去景点和商圈都省时。下次来这座城市，肯定还选这里！

这次入住体验非常愉快！酒店位置优越，交通便利，周边餐饮娱乐设施齐全。装修现代简约，床品舒适干净。前台服务Alisa小雅热情周到，保洁员都非常亲和，早餐口味不错，隔一天换菜式，这是惊喜但就错失一顿煎饼果子。位置太好了，再来还是住这里，因为扫一辆单车就可以自由穿梭，离天安门也很近，九月的北京真的太舒服了。

这家酒店的整体体验完全超出了我的预期，从入住到退房每一个环节都令人倍感满意。一进门，前台Alisa小雅就面带微笑地主动问候，她非常热情专业，快速高效地帮我办好了入住手续，让人瞬间放松下来。
房间设计雅致，打扫得一尘不染，床品柔软舒适，每晚都睡得特别踏实。尤其值得称赞的是酒店早餐，种类丰富多样，从中式热菜到西式点心应有尽有，食材新鲜、口味地道，每天清晨都能以一顿美味的早餐开启充满活力的一天。
此外，酒店位置便利，周边安静且交通方便，整体氛围温馨又贴心。无论是服务态度还是硬件设施，都看得出酒店的用心。强烈推荐给所有出行的朋友，下次我一定还会选择这里，真的很值得体验！

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay.
Everyone was very nice, always welcoming you. The breakfast was great, as expected - variety for every taste.
Our room were kept clean every day and if you want the bedding to be changed, you need to place the card on it. Water, tea and coffee in the room were always refilled, besides the coffee machine in the hall that you can use. The room with a big bed and two types of pillows, the large TV (although we didn't watch).
The water pressure was perfect and the smart toilet was also very nice ;). The bathroom had a hair dryer, toothbrushes etc. We booked a room with a city view and a fridge and it was very pleasant to have a complimentary drink.
Subway stations are about 15 mins away and there are bus stops nearby as well and convenience stores and a pharmacy to the right from the hotel. We used the metro getting to and from the airport, it is convenient.
Located in an old and narrow Lishi hutong, very safe, nice neighborhood with locals.
Special thanks to Elaine, who among other things helped me with the free laundry machine and Dory, who also were very nice!

我是一名曾经在洲际集团工作过的职员，对洲际集团旗下的酒店有不一样的情节，这次趁暑期，带家人和孩子来北京旅游，所以也选择的假日酒店。一到酒店，全体人员服务很热情，前台Elleen服务热情，酒店干净整洁设施齐全，早餐种类很丰盛，齐全，品质也很好。最让人感动的是，家里长者外出游玩，因天气炎热，有中暑情况，去医院检查后，准备回酒店，但是腿脚不方便，由于酒店附近修路，不方便走回酒店。于是有困难想到了酒店，从接电话，安排轮椅，到安排路边接人，送回酒店，全程非常顺利。特别是看到酒店两位男士穿着制度冒着烈日在路边等候，非常温暖，途中为了减少长者路上颠簸，还绕行小路，直到顺利送到房间。这份亲人般的服务只有在假日体现！非常感谢协助帮忙的两位男士，让我和家人感受到来自祖国首都的关怀，从他们身上看到了新时代的假日情怀，体现了洲际集团“以善为本，以诚待客”的服务理念！再次感谢礼士假日酒店，愿未来越来越好！

这个价位对于北京的这个地理位置和房间的空间来说非常划算了，虽然设施不是很多，但住起来也很舒服，洗护用品不错，前台Anne和Elaine和的服务也让我的行程更舒适自在，智选还是不错的，适合家庭出游和商务出差来住，床品卫生不错很干净，配上几张美图

这家酒店的服务非常周到，前台Alisa小雅态度非常友好，给人一种宾至如归的感觉。房间干净整洁，床铺舒适，设施齐全（就是洗手间的面积略小，再大点就更好啦）。地理位置也非常便利，附近有很多购物和美食的选择。总体来说是家值得推荐的酒店!

首先，房间空间基本上需要的都挺有，特别舒适，并且新装修的，基础设施非常完善而且到处都是特别干净整洁!前台真的很热情，虽然修路有一点不完美，但特别感谢Anne协助我们把行李送到酒店门口，并且加微信告知我们如何便捷，一开始奔着5.0评分来的，哈哈哈还怀疑是不是刷的评价，住了才知道真的是很好，实物图和店家拍的几乎无差，下次来这边玩绝对会回来住的
