＋我们入住了201特价房，房间很干净，也很大。性价比比较高，就是交通不太方便，但是位置不错，还可以领略北京的胡同文化，所以挺好。

住的是搞活动的房间明显比正常房间要黑、闷、旧，不划算！周边小饭店较多，地铁到酒店走10多分钟，房间设施不好

卫生很好，服务员很有礼貌。地点不错，去哪里都方便，出门没多远就有公交。地铁也近。而且停车场免费，还会入住。

15年前即住过该酒店,当时新装修,还过得去,现在破破烂烂,原为冶金部办公厅管理,现承包给个人,一楼餐厅未开(似乎与新承包人在谈条件),原前庭酒吧改成商店,客房里有10年以上没有装修了,破烂的厉害,地毯脏的已看不出原来的颜色。
国家旅游局和物价局及工商局的管理有问题。酒店的评级管理本应每年年检，星级每三年调整。可北京原三星级酒店目前有一半以上根本达不到标准。可还标三星，按三星收费！很多四星连标准三星都达不到。这种情况在其它城市也普遍存在。国家旅游局不知都干什么了。管理不到位，局长应该引咎辞职，机构应该整改。

地点位置比较好，周围交通比较方便，距离天安门，王府井，火车站都不是很远，这样的价格还是比较实惠。
