酒店非常值得住宿体验，前台热情服务，大堂还有茶水吧，糖果，进店时门僮主动帮忙提行李，送至前台，感觉很温馨。节日期间酒店喜庆气氛浓厚，张灯结彩，办理入住前台服务人员麻利热情，过节期间前台小姑娘的红马甲很应景，总体感受还不错。出行也是很方便，周边地铁走几分钟就到，整体感受不错，推荐入住，常年出差入住首选，好评

酒店位置十分方便，旁边是工行，离金融街走路十分钟。这次住出了个小插曲，晚上睡觉前灯突然坏了，都打不开。打电话给前台，来了一位阿姨很负责，帮我叫来电工修理，还怕我害怕，在门口陪我等电工来。电工搞了二十分钟也没弄好，阿姨全程陪着，还宽慰我不要害怕。前台就差点意思了，说只有尾房或者靠近走廊尽头的房间，后来我跟携程联系，才帮我升级换到靠近电梯的房间。酒店设施也比较老旧，早餐还可以吧，种类比较齐全，但是人太多。

前台服务都特别好，特别为客户着想，第一天到的比较晚又带孩子前台帮升级了房型，第二天的前台李群也特别好，考虑非常周到，因为我还要再住一天，为了方便不用在换房，给免费升级了房间，住的房间也很舒服，干净卫生，床铺边的电源USB插口也很方便，早餐也特别好吃，入住体验非常棒，下次还来住这儿！

Historical and rather central old style Hotel on the main avenue of Beijing.
Efficient and welcoming staff at the front desk and generally all around the venue.
Very good room, soft bed and large bathroom, but it must be noted that the traffic from Chang’an Avenue can be heard from it. Furnitures and fixtures are not new but they are still in a good shape.
