孩子高考，选择了民族饭店两晚。真的选对了地方！办理手续时得知，最后一天可以延迟到下午3点退房。入住后，发现酒店把高考房安排在同一区域，并有温馨提示。高考第一天早晨，酒店在门口送水送扇子，真的太贴心了！
我和孩子都非常感动！感谢你们贴心周到的服务！感恩！
在酒店唐宫吃了两次饭，孩子很喜欢！

非常好的地段，长安街沿线，出行方便！散步可以到西单商场！君太百货、大悦城！金融一条街！餐饮娱乐都很方便！酒店房间小了点，但干净整洁！一楼餐厅菜品都不错！

设施陈旧，一开始入住的房间门框都掉下来了，结果打电话通知前台，过了半个小时才上来解决。在民族酒店自营的二楼宫廷菜就餐，菜价昂贵，菜品难吃，。这次到名族酒店住宿，餐饮体验很差。不会再光顾了。
