酒店位于东方新天地背后，紧邻王府井步行街，离北京协和医院很近，位置很好，但是因受交通限制，出租车不能直接到达酒店。前台一位戴眼镜的美女服务态度很好，办理入住时对老人颇有照顾！房间较小，窗户开在天井边，但是天井顶部用透光顶封闭，空气很难流通，房间内很热，空调不制冷。更有甚者，卫生间顶部似有机器嗡嗡响了一夜，让人彻夜难眠！即使关闭所有电源依然响声不停，服务员来看也不明原因！另外房间极不隔音，隔壁说话可以听清楚。

酒店的位置非常好，前台的服务态度也非常不错，早餐也可以，关键的是，位置非好，适合女士的需求，就在王府井商业区内，可以很方便的逛街购物，离北京天安门也不远，早晚都可以去看一看，升国旗和降国旗。

设施太过陈旧，马桶坏的，淋浴花洒都掉了，门也是坏的，简直无语，位置不错。

每次出行都为了选酒店而累死累活的，想要环境好点的，地脚好点的，卫生好点的，选来选去定在北方佳苑，带妈妈和孩子来玩，定的双标间，床可以合起来，非常方便。酒店就在王府井书店挨着的，出行去故宫和天坛特别近，地铁一站到故宫，天坛打车起步价，逛街也超级方便。酒店卫生环境还可以，这个价位地脚的已经很不错了。下次出行绝对首选。
