酒店尚可，交通也方便，房间观感与宣传页面相距较大，实际显得小很多；与其四星级配置还有差距，主要是软实力上的。譬如，入住时未说明是无烟楼层，入住后才发现，找服务中心要个烟灰缸，一男性回答极其生硬，称不能配置这个东西，要配的话请去前台换楼层和房间。次日再找打扫房间的服务员，女性服务员态度不错，立即解决问题。建议该酒店别用北京的大老爷们在服务中心处理日常事务，其表现与老北京人礼貌、热情的文化传承格格不入。
