因为地理位置很方便已经是第二次入住东方文化了，感觉已经很熟悉了，前台员工效率很高的办理了入住。到了房间发现桌子上放了张小卡片，打卡一看是生日贺卡。觉得挺感动的。酒店的服务真的很贴心很周到！

帮日本朋友订的东方文化，在东直门办事这里位置很方便。
服务效率挺好的入店手续办理的比较快。客人描述酒店的环境也很舒适浴缸也很大。
离店时出了点小问题，他们想换一些现金数目比较大，前台建议客人去附近的银行换。
他英文不好听不太懂沟通出了问题，后来大堂经理带着他去银行兑换。
非常感谢酒店细致周到的服务给客人带来了很大的便捷。

酒店地理位置不错，距离地铁站不是很远，走路就可以到，酒店的服务很好，服务员态度都很热情周到，性价比蛮高的
