冬季房间较热27度且空调不送冷风，窗户也是密封的！热的不行，后来给送来冷风机降温。设计思路有问题！餐饮偏贵(都是自助 最低200起)又无单点，让你没选择！这是第四次去了，竟然开始收停车费了！住过多少酒店宾馆，首次碰到这种事！朗丽兹酒店，拜拜！今后应不会再去了，笑里藏刀的酒店！

这是第三次住朗丽兹了，说实话，性价比越来越低了。还记得去年暑假第一次去泡温泉，真的特别惊艳，自助餐也好。十一去的时候自助餐涨价了几十块。而这次，三点左右到酒店，房间还没打扫出来。给人第一感觉就不好。晚餐已经从218涨到258了，牛排和龙虾都排了十几米的长队。酒店真的一点都不走心。明知道需求量大为什么不增加几个窗口？让人觉得特别堵心。最可气的是第二天的早餐，因为有突发情况九点半才下去，几乎什么都没有了，排了半天队才拿到几小块华夫饼。就因为快要撤餐就不补充了？这是什么服务态度？完全不是我印象中的朗丽兹了。就算元旦人多，这也是酒店可以预料到的吧，既然涨了价格，为什么没有同时增加服务人员和服务水平？非常非常失望，挺好的环境和硬件设施，就因为软件不行成了这个样子。再也不会来了。
