酒店硬件是超一流的，即大气又现代；酒店管理是非常人性化的，宾至如归；酒店餐饮品种多味道香；酒店的服务员都非常有礼貌，而且工作细节到位，让你感受到了尊重和体贴。比如，我第一次来要了消毒水和浴盐，第二次不用你开口这两样已经备好。是全北京最好的酒店。再如一个细节在卫生间的马桶旁边有一个放手机的玻璃台，很方便。

我非常喜欢这个酒店，环境优雅、装饰大气、设施齐全、居住舒服、服务体贴、美食香艳。大厅的气质高贵，还充满了现代技术的应用，酒店含有温泉中心尽享养生健身娱乐，更值得夸耀的是这个酒店看不到类似大官一样的部门经理，但是每个员工和服务员及每个服务环节都非常体贴，可见得，酒店经理的工作已经深入每个员工。比如，我第一次来向服务员要了浴盐、消毒液，以后每次来都会给我配上。
