酒店环境超级好 工作人员都非常棒 尤其是前台的美女欢欢 人长得漂亮 服务很热情 周到又体贴 住过这么多酒店 这一次 我才真正的知道 一个酒店的前台有多么重要 她给我的感觉很心情也很有耐心。我是一个对酒店很挑剔的女人 但是我真心觉得朗丽兹西山花园酒店我很喜欢 并且值得我推荐！

想去朗丽兹很久了，这次终于如愿啦！我们两个家庭一起去的，选了挨着的房间，但因为假日比较人多，我们的房子挨着电梯不过没有对外的窗户，只有对内，好在欢欢前台热心赠送了两张5层游乐园的门票，朗丽兹服务人员的态度都超级好，办理入住时候还有奉茶服务。西山温泉有温水和热水还有水滑梯，彩球池等，种类很多，但还是建议平日去，假日人真的太多了。泡完温泉去二层的元气空间休息很赞，日式装修，还可以和朋友打牌。离店时候，李德龙前台接待服务很热情，还额外赠送了新的温泉券。感谢啦！下次还去！
