酒店广告中说是双早餐，客户也缴付了双早餐的费用，但在用餐时，酒店服务人员坚持只能一人用餐，理由是一人入住。这是一种欺骗行为！因为当顾客购买了双早餐产品，该产品的处置权是属于顾客的，而不是属于酒店的！
酒店106元的早餐，只能让人体会到什么是坑蒙拐骗！大概酒店自己的员工从来也不会花106元来吃他们自己酒店的早餐！

酒店服务态度很糟糕，虽然服务人员看到了入住确认信息，但是仍然以他们系统中没有相关信息为理由，让客户自己解决问题。花了一个多小时才入住，真是酒店中的奇葩！感觉这些服务人员的绩效和他们的服务质量无关，是吃皇粮的人。
