全樓禁菸有點不太人性了，房間還是不錯。標房比大床房要大要舒適，早知道不換房間了。前台離電梯有點距離，前台服務人員態度尚可，但感覺還需遇到突發大點的客流就無法應付了。還需加強培訓。還是給個好評鼓勵一下吧

带娃出游，冲1.4的双床，特意选择了万豪的双床房，结果由于旅行社疏忽给订成大床。因为当日满房前台姑娘答应第二日给调成双床，艺龙也很积极的帮忙协调解决，所以还是好评。另，早餐比较西化，中餐偏少。
