丽晶酒店就在北京王府井，位置超级便利，老牌五星级酒店，服务细致周到，令人感觉宾至如归，早餐非常丰盛，泳池水质超赞，家庭房可以看到故宫，，，（虽然比较远），但还是值得推荐！

博主推荐的酒店，就在地铁5号线灯市口站上方。酒店大堂非常大气，还有些圣诞节的装饰在。房间挺大的，有浴缸，双床旁边还有个单人沙发。家俱是那种深色调的，应该也有些年头了吧。房间空调冬天不能调制冷，只能把风调最小一档。从外面进房间真的非常热，这点不是很舒适。别的都很OK，去故宫，去商场，去蔡元培故居，去机场都非常方便。

北花钱买罪受！避雷！避雷！避雷！
订的高楼层带床边大窗房型，到店直接被“升级”成低楼层暗间小套，卧室连个窗户都没有，全程没一句提前説明，这不是欺诈是什么？！进房间就傻了眼，到处是灰尘，犄角旮旯脏得离谱，还飘着一股刺鼻的发霉味，通风半天都散不去，丽晶的衞生标准就这？！
更离谱的是夜间施工扰民！入住当晚11点，我正睡得沉，突然被电钻声吵醒，噪音持续了快半小时，吵得人心脏突突跳。第二天我还要去协和医院，本来就需要好好休息，这一下直接毁了我的作息。找酒店投诉，工作人员态度拽得不行，张口就是“白天餐厅要营业，只能晚上施工”，完全不在乎客人的感受，还承诺当天给回覆，结果等了一整天，连个电话都没有！
花着高端酒店的钱，享着连招待所都不如的待遇，服务差、衞生烂、房型乱改，这种酒店谁来谁后悔！

办理入住时，礼宾形同虚设，都在闲聊；前台更是直接把客人晾在一边去接电话，服务意识为零。
房间状况更是灾难：灯是坏的，毛巾有腥味，被罩上甚至有不明黄色污渍！
最让人失望的是，向前台反馈了三次，每次都只得到“正在处理”的空头支票，最终没有任何实质解决。
结论：想体验五星服务不如去亚朵，想睡觉不如去如家。丽晶，这次真的太让人失望了！

First time staying at Regent Beijing, and it did not feel up to IHG standards in my opinion.?
Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow, and I had to go back and forth with the call centre and housekeeping before the duty manager finally resolved the issue.?
The bathroom cleanliness was not what you would expect from a five-star hotel.?
- There was visible mould in the shower area. I received a call from Housekeeping on 28 Dec, informed them about it, but no one came to clean it.?
- There was also a seriously clogged shower drain (later fixed), which suggests no one noticed it before we checked in, likely because it had not been properly cleaned.
Lobby lounge - Italian sparkling wine would never be a champagne, this is not supposed to be happening on REGENT hotel wine menu. Silly mistake & not professional. Wanted to order “Santa Punch” from the festive menu around 6pm and learned that it was sold out in the afternoon, half of the operational hours…
Other than that, staffs are very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness really turn me off for next visit. Given there’s plenty of other hotels in the same area

酒店虽然有点年份了，但是服务一点折扣都没有打，服务特别好，从我下车开始，行李就没有自己拿过，一直有专人领路。本次在北京住了几家酒店，我感觉丽晶比柏悦强，住的很舒服
