对酒店的地理位置、客房服务、礼宾、餐饮都很满意，配得上五星级的标准。
尤其要感谢礼宾部的王依娜小姐，她得知我家小朋友生病需要寻找医院之后，热心得向我们推荐介绍附近医院，帮我们办理京医通就诊卡，画地图告诉我们如何前往，还让客房部给我们房间多送几瓶水。这虽然都是些小事，但是我们对酒店的入住体验是留下深刻印象的。
以后去北京，一定还会入住贵酒店。

五一期间去北京，是多有勇气啊，拥挤的景点都避开一下，来个休闲舒适的假期。丽晶酒店地理位置好，地铁5号线珠市口站出口即到，离王府井很近,步行即可，酒店房间还能看到故宫。设施齐全，小小冰箱里的饮料入住期间也能免费饮用一次。服务很好，每天都打扫的很干净，物品补充及时，入住时服务员看到我们打不开房门还主动来帮助开门，打开空调，铺床。没有儿童用品，服务员多给了一套成人洗漱用品。家人说游泳池不错。每天房费含了两份早餐，品种基本齐全，西餐面包做得不错，中餐部分一般，服务好。。就是不能在入住期间调整使用日期，小孩每天都得加114元，吃不了多少，有点浪费。可惜没带洲际会员卡，没送欢迎水果。总体值得推荐。
