因为飞机延误了，大半夜的下着雨来到酒店，真没想到就遇到一个戴眼镜女的态度这么差的前台，一下子对酒店的好感刷刷刷地跌至谷底，本应想着多住几天来的，但最终还是决定搬了…这样的价格的五星级酒店管理在其他地方可好多了…真想不到来帝都第一天就让我遇着了……

很不错的一次经历。 特别为游泳池那里的夏(姓记得不是很清楚了),非常热心，而且对小朋友非常细心，负责任!

酒店地理位置优越，离王府井大街很近，服务周到，房间床品舒适，早餐丰富，泳池很舒适，大小泳池都有，孩子很喜欢💕尤其泳池负责的袁师傅，对待小孩耐心仔细，一直叮嘱注意安全，服务周到，很满意，以后来北京还会入住🌹

酒店很不错，服务很热情，泳池很适合亲子，就是地面有点滑，不过袁姓服务员还是比较细心的不断提醒客人尤其孩子要注意地滑，其他任意也都是热情服务，这点值得肯定。早餐高峰时间排队有点久，停车对住店客人没有任何优惠。

酒店环境环境很好，地理位置优越，床品舒适，服务很热情❤️尤其是负责泳池的袁师傅，看到我们带着小朋友，一直关注着，不断提醒注意小心地滑，对我们问的问题也有问必答，很有耐心，非常满意👍
