位置很好，在CBD商务区内。交通便利，楼下就是地铁1号线。酒店所在华贸中心内就有北京最奢华的购物中心之一新光天地和华贸购物中心，附近还有国贸中心、银泰中心、新世界百货、金地广场等大型商场，周边吃、购、娱都很方便。酒店装修奢华典雅，房间宽敞明亮，融合了中西古典元素。房间内典雅复古，设备设施齐全先进。泳池很漂亮。早餐品种丰富。各部门员工服务非常热情周到。虽然价格有点小贵，但值得推荐！

酒店的细节服务做得非常到位，想到与未想到的都做得非常好，卫生间的电视比较人性化，在五星酒店里也算不错的，就是床头柜上灰尘比较大，卫生还需改进

酒店继承了传统的欧式风，前台小姐很热情！客房服务很周到，床头放好了饮用水，并且把拖鞋都放到位了！细致入微！

个人认为是非常不错的酒店，地理位置优越，软硬件都让人满意，尤其是服务特别值得称道，毕竟是高星级的世界品牌连锁酒店。艺龙的服务也是让人非常满意的，无论是预定还是售后服务，都很贴心，另外价格方面也很有竞争力，以后还会继续预定的。 .
