酒店很成熟，各方面服务和管理还是很稳定的，周边环境，地段也非常便利，有闹中取静之优势。综合下来，华贸的两家酒店目前还是来北京的首选。但是酒店的设施保养和卫生情况并不让人觉得很完美。还是胜在地段了。

很不错的酒店，总体服务很好，入住办理时间非常快，空调坏了，维修也比较及时，虽然维修的时间长了点。

行政楼层套房挺好的，每次有客人来都安排住这，餐厅服务周到，味道也挺好，就是车位少了点！

对于这个价格来说，无论是设施，又或者是服务，都不算好。首先就是房卡，在电梯里经常失灵，电梯的读卡器读不出来，插进去一直识别错误，每次都要搞三五次才能有一次正常。淋浴间的花洒也是直接扔在地上的，连挂也不挂起来，不知道怎么想的，不脏吗？酒店比较商务，个人更喜欢艾美，房间的设计感更强，住着也舒服。一次失望的入住！
