这家店彻底改变了我对丽思卡尔顿以及万豪的印象，之前都住过很多家，这里差到令人难以置信。硬件老旧其实无所谓，只是从前台开始的不专业、到十几个房间内线服务电话无人接听、到游泳池男更衣室前台的慵懒、到连最普通的擦鞋服务都没有、到房间卫生的不洁，刚入住二小时以及如此了。
