从入住到退房服务一直在线，宾客认知部的Rachel从入住前热情沟通，还写了生日贺卡，Serena为房间进行了精美的布置，Celine送来了可口的小蛋糕，入住体验非常好，下次来北京还选这儿～

推开房间门的瞬间，看到沙发上摆了圣诞气球，窗户上贴了精致的窗花，节日氛围直接拉满，酒店大堂的圣诞布置拍照特别出片～ 更贴心的是，酒店还主动送了圣诞主题甜点，颜值和口感都在线。
全程服务体验也很棒，工作人员态度热情周到，有需求响应很快；房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，床品柔软舒适，住得特别舒心。
这是我和女友第一次共度圣诞节，丽思卡尔顿的贴心布置让这段回忆变得格外珍贵。如果想给另一半准备节日惊喜，选这里绝对没错！

这次选华贸丽思跨年夜，体验远超我的预期。前台提供了详细的行政礼遇内容介绍，办理入住快捷及时。行政酒廊的服务积极而且专业，服务意识正向并且饱满。房间设施维护很好，灯光充足明亮，浴室花洒喷头同时打开水量水压大，能充分冲洗身体。窗外景色直接看到中国尊。以后会再次选择入住。
唯一问题是冬季入住，房间内温度不高，不过热水浴缸泡个澡身体可以暖和一点，浴盐很香，床品挺好。

It is quite near to the metro which is ‘ Dawanglu’ station. The hotel is established next to the shopping mall which is Beijing SKP. There are many types of food and beverage for you to choose for breakfast.
