此次度假非常不愉快
1.系统没有选择默认日式房，经艺龙电话转接上报咨询后备注欧式二楼，到店后酒店还是给予日式房，经协商后改为欧式
2.到达房间后房门不好开，进入后则无法打开房门，工程部人员2小时维修仍不能修理好，服务员说无房间，叫来经理换成另外一间
3.在度假村钓鱼回，把鱼放在屋中，酒店内猫把鱼偷吃，协商后补偿鱼一条，但比原本鱼轻。
4.当日咨询退房时间为14点，但是协商鱼事情时，告知退房时间为12点

DP22 日式房间 有独立小院 院里有汤池 送40分钟热水可放满池子 房间够大 可上网 电话信号不好 经常处于无网络 室内设施非常陈旧 浴巾都变灰的了

不建议预定这里！硬件一般房间卫生也很脏！重要的是这里的水不是温泉水！这次和朋友一起来还要最好的朋友们也来了订了两间房结果很丢面子！条件差就差点吧你哪怕是真的温泉水也行啊无语了太阳能烧的水很烫泡汤的时候还得自己兑凉水！唉！

有树有水有荷花，有很多鱼塘可以垂钓，房间设计比较别致，晚上很安静很清凉，难得朝阳区有这样休闲的地方。就是餐厅的菜实在是太难吃了！！
