订的套房，空调不热，要求换房，说没有空房，其实根本没几个人入住，修了2个小时空调也没修好，最后换了一间，还是不怎么热，冻了一晚上。
房间硬件陈旧廉价，充其量是二三星标准，池子太脏，浴霸不亮，空调不热，电视没台。。。
服务太差，因为太冷，要求加床被子，下午4点打电话，晚上8点还没送过来，每次跟前台要求点服务，每次都要打好多次电话才来，甚至要亲自去前台去说。

中式的房泡沲小了点，建议住曰式房，最好欧式房，泡池大一点能躺下。

地方还不错，就是比较远，中式房是进了房间再有个隔断才是露天的泡池。日式房进门就是泡池，里面是房间，隐秘性做的还可以，就是我们去的那天中式房冷水龙头坏了，哗哗的流水，日式房泡池附近的灯也坏了，水卡现在是40分钟，足够了。院子里面有个不知名的河道，还有野鸭在里面。
缺点，要是在泡池附近有足够的加热设施就好了，出水是个比较痛苦的过程。

和朋友出来游玩，订了两间日式标间，超棒的~~离市区挺近的，刚好碰上下雪天，景色好美~温泉也很舒服~~

环境不错，位置难找，每次都必须要信用卡担保这点是唯一不满意的，有点强制的感觉，即使有特殊原因也不能退相当不合理。
