第一次碰见这样的酒店，因为直接在艺龙上付的钱，给的房间很差，要求换房间前台不给，房间也没有无线网，后来又在酒店定了2天，前台直接订酒店竟然比艺龙还便宜，而且同意我们换房间，客房几乎不打扫，每天就是给你牙刷补上，其他也没了，最后要求提前退房，结果服务员说不退钱，因为刷的信用卡，不退房费，你要走可以，但是不退房费，这种态度也是没谁了，打电话去投诉，结果人家告诉我这个酒店不属于旅游局管，由财大直接管理的，总之，酒店差到极点，服务态度也很牛，毕竟没人管，人家当然牛！

中央空调夜间就关了，沐浴露浴液啥的都是用剩一半的，超过退房时间1分钟就要加收半天房费，前台态度差

设施比较旧，破损无人修。窗户没有把手，根本关不上，我用钥匙撬着借力才关上的，卫生间换气扇网罩上那叫一个黑，全是泥。
