房间空调坏了，我在房间里穿羊绒大衣，去前台要求换房间，前台说今天空调都没开？？？讲点道理，住你的宾馆，让我们裹着大衣挨冻，而且有好多人租用这个楼的会议室，走廊房门外有人，会很烦，没有安全感 前台态度恶劣 ，要求换房间也不能换，我订了两天，还不给退钱。请贵酒店给我换个温暖的房间，让我的出差没有这么难熬，连快捷酒店都不会让人冻着吧？？？贵酒店如果看到请快点联系我，你们的前台没法沟通。要求必须用信用卡交押金，我的信用卡还说有问题。不能用储蓄卡。真的很失望 很失望！

没有空调，，，前台跟我说没有空调，中央空调不开放，然后没有任何可以制热的，在暖气开放前可能就是怕冷的人的噩梦吧。其他的都挺好，除了冷
