Parfait!! De l'accueil jusqu'à la chambre sans oublier le buffet du petit déjeuner. Personnel très gentil, merci beaucoup !! Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare Beijingnan, des parcs et autres accès au métro. Certainement les meilleures nuits passées pendant mon voyage. La literie est parfaite, si confortable !! Et la décoration, magnifique, de très bon go?t !! Je retiens l'adresse pour un prochain séjour. Merci.

This hotel was a perfect place to rest after arriving in China. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-prepared. I really appreciated the free late check-out, which gave me extra time to relax before continuing my trip. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of — a great experience overall.

出差到北京，选择了商都酒店，先看评价説是有的设施老旧了还有前台服务态度一般还有点忐忑，入住之后才发现真的太完美了！酒店大气有档次，前台晚班的姐姐和白天的美女都同样热情周到，看到我带了孩子帮我热情升级房间，我去办事的事情帮我热情寄存行李！房间乾净设施齐全，早餐也很丰盛，不论是出差还是旅行都是不错的选择！

Персонал отеля очень добрый и отзывчивый! Всегда стараются помочь и создают все комфортные условия. Нам повезло и нам даже повысили класс номера. В комнатах все автоматизировано, очень удобно и чисто. Питание традиционное и очень необычное, но можно найти нейтральную пищу по вкусу. Обязательно рекомендую к проживанию данный отель и говорю спасибо персоналу!
