大堂的清香液味道太低质难闻了，不如不喷，房间没有空调，很冷，卫生员进屋清洁卫生未经过客人同意就进入房间，客人下楼层一会功夫卫生员就进房间了，当时明明开着免打扰，无语！并且所有服务员见了客人都不打招呼，早餐质量也差，好多食物不全还是凉的，餐厅的味道都是羊肉的膻气味
