位置很方便，在新光国际的对面，附近吃饭也比较方便，去机场的话也比较方便，出门一拐弯就上四环。酒店服务很好，服务人员显得彬彬有礼，设施情况一般吧。

结账时让客人等候时间过长，在没有多的客人情况下，确认房间将近10分钟。本人因赶飞机回日本，所以提出能不能快一些，才算了事。
客房服务没认真核查前住客人消费，随意报后住客人消费饮料1瓶。
前门服务员将放在大厅的行李放到出租车内后索要小费。
