超级烂的酒店。早餐不行，不给客人留房间，专门让前台留了，结果一点信息都没有记录，直接说没房就没房，没有任何抱歉，没有任何补偿，直接说没有就没有，最可怕的服务没有之一，甚至没有经理可以投诉和处理这种问题。最烂的酒店管理。

酒店装修很讲究，欧式的风格让人仿佛置身欧洲小镇，房间随小但很注重细节，各种设施都很满意。早餐的餐厅太小了，也没有人控制一下，导致就餐非常拥挤体验很不好，这还是我第一次在酒店吃早餐要等半天座位的，带着孩子非常不方便。
