订的家庭loft，全家都很喜欢。房子干净整洁，白色的欧式家具。大大的落地窗，映入眼帘的是窗外的欧式风情小镇。客服人员很热情，送的水果新鲜，这是一次愉快的旅行。提个小建议：家庭房在二层，且没有电梯，行李员应该帮着送到房间，这样才能更好的提现贴心的服务。我想，下次我们还会再来。
