酒店卫生还算可以 店员服务很好 就是楼下店面比较小 不容易被找到 十二月份去的话 房间屋里空调不冷 可以的 电视一直没弄明白 播放不了电影 也懒得问店员了 玩手机出去溜达回来累 也没时间看

一大早就开始装修，整个人崩溃。早餐写到九点，退房时说延期到9点半，没有任何通知。我觉得一个好的处理方式是道歉，解释承担责任，而不是把所有的责任都推给客人。装修，早餐都是我的问题？
