这已经是第二次选择带孩子在凯宾斯基过周末了。住宿环境自然不在话下，但最最最重要的是，这次办理入住的体验真的很好。前台部的Alice是个笑容甜美的女孩，说话时条理清晰，知道我们带着小宝宝，随即为我们加了婴儿床，真是体贴！这次来凯宾我们携老带小，所以一进酒店大门，礼宾部的tony就一直帮我们拿着行李，等着我们办理完入住后又亲自送我们回房间！tony是个帅气又温柔的小伙子，一路上为我们详细地介绍了酒店餐厅的分布，听完介绍后，我立马选择了21楼的怡景，good！总之，这次的入住体验打满分！满分！
