遇到的服务人员都很好，办理入住的小女生和办理退房的小女生两位女孩特别棒，第二天早餐门口迎接的一位男服务生也特别热情。
当天办入住女孩动作麻利，本来当天早上做糖耐顺利通过就比较开心了，又赶上升级房型就更开心啦。可惜第二天约了朋友聚餐，不然就可以再多玩两天啦！

连住2天感觉早餐重复性较高，儿童泳池适合低幼龄小朋友，水温理想，儿童乐园工作人员比较负责，房间内卫生打扫不理想，刚去即发现床铺上数根长长短短的头发压在枕头下面，就算我们能自己携带寝具不使用酒店寝具也希望在疫情期间，特别是不能开窗通风的情况下酒店务必做好清洁消毒工作，第二天打扫卫生及其敷衍，5分钟结束战斗，希望做好管理工作，卫生防疫重中之重，要让顾客安心居住。
