适合商务。房间干净，超大的浴缸，临窗，很爽。但床太小了，大房间配小床。吃饭不方便，酒店内的餐厅贵，还得排队。外面要开好一会儿车才能找到吃的。早餐比较丰富。酒店内也没啥玩儿的。雁栖湖就在旁边。也没什么玩儿的。

房间空间大，特别是浴缸超级大。湖景房的大窗台可以看到很美的夜景，晚上就不用特意下楼去欣赏夜景。早餐不错，小朋友喜欢??。

硬件：作为凯宾斯基，不得不说，不够细致，也许是当年赶工期，虽然外观足够惊艳，但很多细节都显得粗糙。插座设计不合理，窗帘遮光不好，空调升温慢且噪声大。
软件：服务很不错，服务人员多为本地人，透着朴素的热情和专业，特别是地下一层儿童娱乐区的陆阿姨，对孩子们很是热情。
早点：如同其他五星级酒店一样，应有尽有，本地特色略欠缺。
停车：方便！

地理位置优越，交通便利，住的舒适0，风景也好，早餐种类特别的多，维持秩序卫生就比较好，停车还是比较方便的，就是希望窗帘尤其是纱帘有点脏得需要洗一下了。

十一出行，周边又有很多景区景点，人比平时多了很多。但入住退房还是比较快的！比起很多郊区的所谓高档型酒店，品牌酒店的服务还是更有保障，早餐主食偏多，但味道不错，出品和食材都有保障。停车有地库，位置还是比较充裕的。

到前台后被告知升房型了，让我很开心😃
酒店很好，早餐丰盛合胃口，尤其是它家的牛角面包小松饼，还有咕咕霍夫面包！我觉得为了早餐我都会再去几次。
有地下停车场，住宿免费停车。
酒店后面有一个水库远处是山景，夜景很美。可以在酒店租个自行车，环着水库骑行山间小道，很惬意～
雁栖湖公园就在附近。
