一抵达门口，工作人员就很热情的迎接开门，帮我们提行李，还倒了热茶和点心，暖暖我们的身体，非常贴心。因进房时间还没到，行李先寄存后我们就出去吃饭，回来后已经帮我们把行李放进房间了！真的是太贴心太贴心！工作人员还会带着到房间，一一介绍环境和备品，桌上还放着迎宾水果，真的是很用心的服务，退房后也是帮我们提着行李送到门外。
饭店就在热闹的南锣鼓巷里，吃东西方便，外面就可以打车，下次还来一定会再选择这里

麻雀虽小但五脏俱全！
前台接待和所有工作人员服务非常好，女生也蛮力帮我们拿超大行李（实在谢谢了）因为我们五位入住一共八件行李！
工作人员也免费升级其中一间房间（由于我们行李特别多??）
前台还备有好几种饮料，我们每次进过必会倒一杯雪梨汁喝！
特别谢谢 Mia 小姐，临走还送我与女儿小礼物，还特感恩她帮我做一个我预约不到的票务预约 ????
下次去北京一定再住！

酒店在景区内差极了，没有停车位，拉着行李要走很久。一进房间味道特别的大，下水道反的臭味！！！酒店房门旧的不像话，浴室的淋浴杆像是给小朋友设计的，水阀在膝盖的位置，调热水要蹲地上。牀头柜的壁纸发黄了，也有一股味道，设施设备也旧的很。衞生就别提了，半夜来入住的，一拉被子好几根头发，还有一块黑渍，酒店这环境条件避雷吧！！！

Excellent experience at this hotel, especially big thanks to Mia whom attended us and brought us to our room, with a welcome fruit platter some more. Room is specious and clean to accommodate a family of 3 members. Highly recommended to all.

It was a wonderful stay. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to both the subway and Didi. The food street is right outside the hotel, and there’s a Starbucks just across the road.
The staff greeted us with warm smiles every time we returned, which made the experience even more pleasant. Keep up the great work, Lynn, Anna, and Diana—hope I got the names right.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

This is the hotel I fully recommend. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.(超一流). The location is very convenient to access a lot of extraction. Laundry service every day helps by hotel staff with free of change. The environment is also quiet and clean. Also free costume for us to take photos.

真的很好，本身是带着孩子出行，又恰巧赶到圣诞节了，刚进店就热情打招呼 办理入住那些真的很方便；刚进店茶水点心都快喂到嘴里了??
并且全程领到房间且一一介绍房间特色和设施。
衞生也很乾净，孩子光脚在地上玩一点也不脏，总之这次出行刚到北京这家店算是被安利了??
